Following a higher degree in Economics, he spends 8 years in an international Audit firm where he acquires his solid grasp of finance. In 1999, he gears himself towards the search for high-potential managerial candidates in the finance sector. For the past 7 years he has been recruiting for high added-value positions in the service of prestigious companies. Mr. PRODEL is Hoffmann & Baretti's representative at the AFIC (the French Private Equity Association). He is also a partner-member of the Deloitte Alumni and Announcers' Club.

Upon completing higher-level studies in Work Psychology, she joins a leading recruitment firm specializing in the search and evaluation of high-potential managerial positions. She currently works for our London office.
